On tomorrows Rose Monday many German cities traditionally host huge carnivals. In Munich there will be parties at the Marienplatz and from Stachus square to Viktualienmarkt. You can kick off the day with a traditional Bavarian Weisswurst (veal sausage) breakfast for only 1 euro. You can enjoy weisswurst for that price until noon (you shouldn’t eat the sausage after the bell rings 12 anyway) at the places (and others throughout the city) in below list. Below is a video with a very enthusiastic Bavarian showing how to eat (or better, to “zuzel”) the sausage correctly in order to not embarrass yourself in front of all the clowns tomorrow.
